Delta Announces Non-stop Service to Aguadilla and Ponce in Puerto Rico

Written by VacationIdea.com Travel Editors.
Starting June 1, 2006 Delta Air Lines is scheduled to commence non-stop flights to Aguadilla and Ponce in Puerto Rico, in addition to its existing service to San Juan. These new flights will make it easier for travelers to reach northwest and southern coasts of Puerto Rico in the Caribbean.

Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Delta Connection carrier, will operate the service between Atlanta and Aguadilla four-times weekly and between Atlanta and Ponce twice-weekly.

Aguadilla is located in the Puerta del Sol and offers surfing in the winter and snorkeling in the sunner. Ponce, the island's second largest city, offers shopping and dining.

Delta already offers daily flights between San Juan and Atlanta, New York-JFK and Orlando.
