SWABIZ, Southwest Airlines' Corporate Booking Tool Grows in Popularity

Nearing its fourth year in operation, this Southwest Airlines' tool has grown in popularity - in the first quarter of 2004, usage by Southwest Airlines' registered corporate customers has increased by 88% from the year before.
Recently, the airline announced the creation of a full-time sales force dedicated to helping customers with SWABIZ.
Currently, customers who book through SWABIZ also receive double credit in Southwest Airlines' Rapid Rewards frequent flyer program.
