Rapid Check-in for Southwest Airlines' Ticketless Customers

Southwest Airlines Ticketless customers, who are not checking any bags can check in for their flight and receive their boarding pass along with a Rapid Rewards credit at a new Rapid Check-in kiosk. Simply walk up to any Rapid Check-in kiosk and insert your Rapid Rewards Card or major credit card with your name on it to begin your check-in process. The kiosk will print out your boarding pass and you can proceed to your departure gate.

Just like picking up movie tickets with your credit card, the self-service kiosk can check you in in around thirty seconds if everything goes smoothly. Remember, only Southwest Airlines Ticketless customers can use the Rapid Check-in kiosks. If you have a paper ticket of any kind or are travelling on a Military, Senior, Infant, Child, Youth, or Government Contract fares you must check-in at the Ticket Counter.

If you do plan to use a Rapid Check-in kiosk, be sure to check if they are installed at your departure airport. The initial rollout of machines will include the following airports: Dallas Love Field, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Albuquerque, Kansas City, Phoenix, Nashville, Chicago Midway, Baltimore/Washington, Oakland, Birmingham, Los Angeles, Burbank, Austin, Houston Hobby, San Diego, San Jose, Sacramento, and Orlando.
