Food on Board

Southwest Airlines does not serve meals or sandwiches on its flights. By not serving meals, which most people don't enjoy anyway, Southwest can save money and therefore offer reduced ticket prices.
On all flights less than two hours long, Southwest will offer you peanuts or pretzels.
On any nonstop flight longer than two hours you will be served a packaged snack. If you are the type of person who gets very hungry when you fly, you should bring your own food.
