Best Time to Go & Getting There
Bedarra enjoys a tropical climate with average year-round temperature of about 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Flights to Dunk Island are available from any major Australian capital city via Cairns (Quantas). Macair operates the connecting flight from Cairns to Dunk Island and Skytrans operates charter flights. The flight between Cairns and Dunk Island takes 45 minutes.
A 15 minute launch service between Dunk Island and Bedarra Island operates daily and meets all flights into Dunk Island, which you should request at the time of booking through Voyages which operates the resort.
