The Chef of The Grill, one of only 4 AAA Five Diamond restaurants in the state of Florida, will seat you in his kitchen where you will be able to watch a team of award-winning chefs in action. For three hours you will be treated to a five-course meal, and with excellent wine. If all of that is not enough for you than you can try "The Grand Seat In The Kitchen", which is a ten-course, five-hour feast.

"A Seat In The Kitchen" costs $200 per person; "The Grand Seat In The Kitchen" is $275 per person. Both are inclusive of a Ritz-Carlton keepsake, and are available for a maximum of four people. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance; "The Grand Seat In The Kitchen" is offered at either 6 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.
