The resort features 19 unique rooms located in brightly painted cottages, on 1.5 oceanfront acres. The room interiors are decorated with batik fabrics from West Africa, beaded Zulu bottles and hand-painted ceramic vases from Morocco. All huts and cottages have a private deck facing the ocean and some are on stilts.The oceanfront restaurant is a hot spot for hotel guests, island visitors and local residents. The innovative cuisine combines European, American and Caribbean cooking.

Compass Point is located near Lyford Cay in a residential neighborhood four miles west of Cable Beach. Nassau and Paradise Island provide a number of things to do during the day and at night.
