Flight time from the West Coast of the United States to Nadi International Airport or Suva Airport is approximately 11 hours and 30 minutes. Jean-Michel Cousteau Fiji Islands Resort is 55 minutes by plane from Nadi and 40 minutes by plane from Suva. The resort provides complimentary transportation from Savusavu Airport to the resort.
The resort enjoys warm tropical climate year round. Fijian summer is November through March with average land temperature from 80 - 90 degrees and average water temperature 80 - 83 degrees. Winter (April through October) is less hot and drier than summer, with average land temperature 75 - 80 degrees and water temperature 70 - 80.
