Why Fly on JetBlue

Lets face it, the most obvious reason to fly JetBlue is because of their great prices. In travel today a "deal" can often be a recipie for a painful experience. However, a JetBlue flight it is one of those rare instances where you won't find yourself sitting in the middle of your flight wishing you could be somewhere else. The planes are all equipped with DIRECTV® so you can spend your entire flight watching cable television instead of taped programs. It is important to note that there are no meals served on JetBlue flights but complimentary softdrinks, juices, coffee and snacks are available. Alcoholic beverages are sold on flights for $3.00 to $4.00.

Where to Find Deals on JetBlue

JetBlue fares are already extremily low but if your interested in saving even more the best place to go would be the JetBlue Website, JetBlue.com. Special limited time only deals are posted on the site and fares booked online receive a $5 discount.

Rewards Programs on JetBlue

JetBlue has recently launched its first customer loyalty program called "TrueBlue." Like everything at JetBlue, the TrueBlue Program is a little different than other rewards programs and significantly more simple. Instead of being awarded 'miles', passengers are given points for flights flown. JetBlue flights are classified as short, medium or long-haul. Points are awarded for each one-way trip: two points for a short flight; four points for a medium flight; and six points for a long flight. Once a customer reaches 100 points they are awarded a free roundtrip flight to anywhere JetBlue flys.

The JetBlue Website - www.JetBlueairways.com

JetBlue.com is very functional as far as airline websites go. On the site you can book tickets, check realtime status of flight departures and arrivals, check for airfare deals and manage your customer profile. Most importantly, all tickets booked online receive double bonus pints for the TrueBlue loyalty program. Since the site is so simple and streamlined the pages load relatively fast.
