Scuba dive the world-famous Molokini Crater with its colorful tropical fish, graceful rays, octopi, moray eels, white tip reef sharks. Lahaina Divers offers two-tank dive trips to Molokini for certified divers. Depths range from 15 feet to 80 feet.Turtle Reef offers diving in calm and protected waters. It is great for beginners looking to complete the Open-Water training portion of the certification course, or take part in one of Lahaina Divers' Discover Scuba experiences. On this dive, you will encounter coral gardens, rich marine life and perhaps see some Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. Turtle Reef is also a great location for snorkeling if you want to bring along family members who do not scuba dive.
South and west coasts of Lanai offer a great diversity of dive sites, including unique coral formations, lava tubes, archways and lava domes such as First or Second Cathedral.
Diver Certification
Lahaina Divers offers a complete Open Water Diver Certification in three days (cost: US $300). The certification includes classroom instruction and beach and boat diving. Lahaina Divers provides all the required gear. Classes begin daily and run from 8am to approximately 4pm.Pricing & Reservations
A two dive afternoon charter costs US $99 per person. A four dive all day charter combo costs US $179 per person. Charters include tanks and weights, snacks and beverages on board. The dive boats leave from Lahaina Harbor, just south of the Kaanapali Resort area.
