The spa offers personal training, nutrition counseling and an array of therapeutic treatments, including Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Nan Shin Pregnancy Massage, reflexology, couples massage, facials and body treatments. You can also choose from a number of customized spa packages.
Fine dining is offered at the Asian-style Shanghai Terrace on the 4th floor, and Avenues Restaurant which serves sea food and features an exhibition kitchen. Avenues also has a private dining room that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The Terrace, located on the fourth floor of The Peninsula Chicago features views of the Chicago skyline. The Terrace serves cocktails and light fare in an outdoor setting during the summer months.
