Experience Australian ranforest at the comfortable and elegant Silky Oaks Lodge located next to the World Heritage listed Daintree Rainforest National Park, the oldest living rainforest on Earth, in Tropical North Queensland.
Using Silky Oaks Lodge as the base for exploration, you will be able to visit the Great Barrier Reef, take a scenic train ride through the Barron Gorge, or cruise along the Daintree River.
Other activities include biking, tennis, canoeing, snorkeling, guided rainforest walks and evening slide presentations. Hot air balloning, rainforest picnics, scenic flights over the Great Barrier Reef, golf, sailing, rafting, scuba diving, horseback riding and aboriginal tours are also available.
The Healing Waters Spa at the lodge is inspired by the rainforest with its tribal recipes and ingredients from Li'tya, a unique Australian aboriginal range.

Treehouses have a verandah with a hammock where you can relax and enjoy garden or river views. Riverhouses are situated next to the Mossman River.
