Sunriver Resort is a year-round vacation destination for families and couples. Guests can choose from a wide variety of activities, including biking on 35 miles of paved bike paths, swimming in four hotel pools, tennis, horseback riding, canoeing, whitewater rafting and shopping.
For the more adventurous, the concierge can provide trail maps for off-road mountain biking. In the winter, you can ski at Mt. Bachelor, about 20 miles from Sunriver Resort.
The Sage Springs Club and Spa is a 35,000 square foot facility that opened in 2002. The spa offers a wide range of therapeutic body and beauty treatment, such as natural body scrubs, personalized facials and aroma-therapy body wraps.
Sunriver Resort offers three 18-hole championship golf courses: Crosswater, Meadows and Woodlands and a nine-hole putting course.
If you are planning a family vacation to Oregon, the resort offers programs for kids during certain seasons.

The resort has 209 Lodge Village guest rooms and over 280 private homes and condominiums which are very convenient for families. The Lodge Village rooms and suites feature wood-burning fireplaces and private decks.
Where to Eat
There are three restaurants to choose from. Meadows At The Lodge, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offers panoramic views of Cascade Mountains. The restaurant serves Pacific Northwest classics, healthy salads and a children's menu.
The Grille at Crosswater is open only to resort guests for fine dining.
Informal deli-style meals are served at Merchant Trader Cafe.
The Owl's Nest pub serves microbrews, Oregon wines, light snacks and the Meadows menu.

Sunriver Resort is 180 miles (about 3 hours and 30 minutes) from Portland, Oregon. The closest commercial airport is located in Redmond, Oregon, about 45 minutes by car north of Sunriver. United Airlines/United Express and Alaska Airlines/Horizon fly there.
Sunriver Airport is available to chartered and private planes.
