Celebrity Cruises is a premium cruise line which operates nine large cruise ships and two smaller Xpedition ships which travel to exotic destinations. The cruise line distinguishes itself with fresh gourmet cuisine, a variety of dining options, 24-hour room service, midnight buffets, and a luxury spa.

Guests can choose from many activities and programs, including lectures produced in partnership with the Nature Conservancy, and many public rooms such as the Conservatory, Martini and Champagne Bars, and Cova Café Milano. In the evening, entertainment venues include Broadway-style productions, discotheques, casinos, movies, and Celebrity's specialty lounges.

Food aboard Celebrity ships is prepared fresh following the standards set by the cruise line's culinary consultant, Master Chef Michel Roux, a renowned French chef and cookbook author. Under his direction, Celebrity offers its guests a choice of different menus, including specialty restaurants located on every Millennium-class chip. Among the types of food offered on Celebrity are Vegetarian, Children's menus, and "Lean and Light."

In addition to elegant dining, Celebrity Cruises ships feature casual dining, Midnight Buffetts four nights a week, pizza delivery, 24-hour complimentary room service, and butler service in all suites.

For guests with special needs, Celebrity Cruises offers ramps and wheelchair-accessible elevator doors to allow access to indoor and outdoor public areas. Several staterooms on all of the cruise line's ships are designed to accommodate physically challenged guests.
