Royal Caribbean: Brilliance of the Seas

If you are looking for a cruise vacation on a large-ship, Royal Caribbean's Brilliance of the Seas sails to the Caribbean, Europe and the Panama Canal. The ship features a great number of onboard facilities and a wide range of cruise vacation activities. There is a rock-climbing wall, jogging track, basketball and volleyball court, golf simulator and a nine-hole miniature golf course.
One of the newest ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet, Brilliance of the Seas also has many outside cabins, almost 600 balcony staterooms, a 9-story glass constructed Centrum, and the latest technology. The ship has a fitness center with treadmills facing the sea, a spa, and a Solarium. The Solarium features cascading waterfalls, a pool and a whirlpool.
Guests have a varied choice of dining options. There is Minstrels, the main dining room, the Chops Grill steakhouse, Portofino Italian restaurant, the casual Windjammer Café and Seaview Café. Minstrel Dining Room features a cascading waterfall and a varied menu. Books Books & Coffee is a reader's coffee shop where guests can purchase a book, read it, and enjoy fresh pizza, cappuccino, tea and pastries.
Entertainment is provided at the Colony Club which features four different clubs: the Bombay Billiard Club, Jakarta Lounge, Singapore Sling's and the Calcutta Card Club. The Bombay Billard Club, furnished in an old English style, has two self-leveling billiard tables, game tables and a television. Jakarta Lounge and Singapore Sling's both have a bar and a lounging area with semi-tropical décor. The Calcutta Card Club has card and other game tables, including poker, bridge, checkers and chess. For family vacationers, Brilliance of the Seas offers the Adventure Ocean program which provides supervised, daily activities for kids ages 3 to 17.
Brilliance of the Seas has the Pacifica Theatre where passengers can enjoy Broadway or Las Vegas-style theater performances.
Brilliance of the Seas was built at at Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany, and has vibration-free, General Electric gas turbine engines. The ship has a 2,100 guest capacity and measures 962 feet in length. The cruise ship has a variety of accommodations, including suites, Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms, Family Staterooms, Oceanview Staterooms, and Interior Staterooms.
