Crystal Harmony offers luxury 940-passenger cruise vacations to various destinations around the world. Even those used to the best and the greatest in luxury cruising can experience something new aboard Crystal Harmony and its luxurious Penthouse Deck which is overseen by five European-trained, white-gloved butlers and six room stewardesses. The four Crystal Penthouses, 26 Penthouse Suites, and 32 Penthouses come with luxury services ranging from unpacking or packing a guest's luggage to a private massage on a penthouse verandah.
The most lavish suites aboard Crystal Harmony are the Crystal Penthouses which measure 948 to 982 square feet, and feature a private verandah, intimate dining area, wet bar, living room area and entertainment center. The bathroom in the Crystal Penthouse includes a large Jacuzzi ® tub that overlooks the ocean. All of the staterooms aboard Crystal Harmony feature goose down pillows, French twin beds which can be converted to a queen-size bed, a sitting area, bathtub, bathrobes, fresh flowers and fresh fruit.
Public areas on Crystal Harmony offer guests a choice of numerous activities, including shopping, elegant dining, lounging, production shows, and a salon and spa.
The luxurious spa, recently redesigned to include modern amenities and following Feng Shui principles, features expansive ocean views, seven treatment rooms, saunas, and steam rooms. Services offered at the spa include various massages, aromatherapy, reflexology, skin care, milk baths, seaweed baths, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other treatments. The ship features a custom-designed manicure/pedicure areas with sunken foot bowls, and a private relaxation area on the Spa’s aft deck.
Couples on a cruise vacation can indulge their senses in the luxurious spa suite, and try the ship's new innovative sensory bed which creates a feeling of weightlessness while a guest is receiving a spa treatment. A special program for couples available aboard Crystal Harmony is called "Partner-Teach Massage" which instructs couples how to use various massage techniques on each other.
For those who prefer to maintain a special diet during their cruise vacation, the Crystal Spas offers special spa cuisine. Guests can also choose from a number of fitness activities and classes, or hire a personal trainer. Crystal Harmony also features a promenade deck, two pools, full-size regulation Wimbledon paddle tennis court, golf driving range, table tennis, and shuffleboard.
Crystal Cruises offer elegant dining choices in several different restaurants, including the main Crystal Dining Room which never repeats a menu. Then there is the old world charm Italian restaurant Prego, the Japanese restaurant Kyoto, and Jade Garden, serving Asian specialties.
Guests aboard Crystal Harmony can also choose from a range of land-based excursion. Guests can take advantage of the knowledge of the ship's concierges. Concierges aboard the Crystal Cruises ships have been awarded the prestigious "Les Clefs D'Or," or keys of gold, by the Union Internationale Des Concierges D'Hotels (UICH). Crystal’s concierges can now use the international “Clefs D’Or” network in various ports of call to grant their guests' requests.
