The Delta Queen Steamboat Company operates three steam-powered paddlewheelers. The oldest one, the Delta Queen is a National Historic Landmark and has been cruising on the Mississippi River system since 1947. The Mississippi Queen was built in the 70s, while the newest and the largest American Queen was placed in service in 1995.
