Famous since the 70s TV series The Love Boat, Princess Cruises now features over 100 different itineraries ranging from seven to 30 days.
Princess Cruises operates a number of large cruise ships, and offers voyages to numerous destinations around the world. Since the cruise line introduced its Personal Choice Cruising (SM) program, passengers aboard its large ships have had more choice and flexibility during their cruise vacation. Each ship has several dining locations, and numerous entertainment options, including original Broadway- and Las Vegas-style productions.
In addition to the activities offered onboard, Princess' Adventures Ashore program consists of thousands of in-port excursions. Princess Cruises offers cruisetours through its Seattle-based Princess Tours division. In Alaska, Princess Cruises is the largest cruise and tour operator with seven cruise ships, five riverside wilderness lodges, a fleet of deluxe motorcoaches and luxury Midnight Sun Express Ultra Dome rail cars.
For family cruise vacationers, the new Princess Kids youth program offers a number of in-port activities for children, in addition to onboard activities. The program also includes activities from the National Wildlife Federation and the California Science Center.
