Weighing 142,000 tons and measuring 1,020 feet in length, Voyager of the Seas is one of the largest and newest cruise ships in the world. In fact, in June of 2000, the ship raised the all-time record for most guests on a single cruise to 3,608 guests. Voyager of the Seas offers its guests new and exciting facilities such as an ice-skating rink, a rock-climbing wall, and the Royal Promenade, a four-deck-high shopping and entertainment boulevard with stores, restaurants, bars and gaming arcades.

Passengers aboard the Voyager of the Seas have an vast choice of dining and entertainment options. Among the dining options are the main La Boheme Dining Room with a wide variety of menu items, and Johnny Rocket's ®, a 50's diner with a jukebox, burgers, fries and old-fashioned malted milk shakes.

The Ice Skating Rink on Voyager of the Seas is the only ice skating rink at sea which also converts into a 900-seat arena used for rock concerts, games shows, professional ice shows, and fashion shows during the cruise.

The Royal Promenade is two football fields in length and four decks high. It features a wide selection of restaurants and shops, including jewelry, perfume and china. If you like, you can even reserve one of the 138 atrium-view staterooms. The Royal Promenade features colorful parades, and numerous dining options such as Cafe Promenade, Island Grill and Sprinkles.

The five-story 1,350-seat theater on the Voyager of the Seas hosts features Broadway-style musical performances.

If you want to stay active during your cruise vacation, you can visit the Fitness Center and Spa, or try your skills on the Rock Climbing Wall 200 feet above the sea. Even if you have never rock climber in your life, you can try the Rock Climbing Wall.

For kids, Voyager of the Seas has a dedicated play area and a kids' program called Adventure Ocean. The program is free and is designed to accommodate five separate age groups. Adventure Ocean combines educational and fun activities, such as team sports, art, and performance that kids and parents can enjoy. There is also a family oriented diner teen disco and a video arcade. Royal Caribbean offers a special Kid's Menu as well as a kid-only dinners which give kids the opportunity to meet new friends.

Every evening from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., the ship's Youth Staff supervises the Late Night Party Zone, an optional service which costs $5 per child per hour.

Voyager of the Seas sails to the Western Caribbean roundtrip from Miami. Voyages range from several days to longer journeys.
