The Miami Museum of Science in Florida features star shows at the Miami Planetarium and hands-on exhibits for children. The museum also houses the Bird of Prey Center dedicated to the ecological research, rehabilitation, and release of injured birds of prey.
The Miami Museum of Science is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm (box office closes at 5 pm), and closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and students with I.D., $6 for children 3-12, and free for kids under 3. Visitors receive $2.00 off after 4:30 pm on weekdays.
