Family vacation activities at the Jasper Park Lodge

Jasper Park Lodge in the Canadian Rockies offers a nubmer of things to do for the whole family. The beautiful Lac Beauvert offers canoeing, boating and fishing in the summer. Take a River Float Trip down the Athabasca River enjoying spectacular mountain views along the way ($46 CAD for adults; $15.95 CAD for children under 16).
During the winter Lac Beauvert and Lake Mildred are transformed into groomed skating rinks. There is even a hockey rink on Lake Mildred. Rentals are available at Rocky Mountain Cross-Country Ski and Skate Rentals.
From May to September, the lodge offers the Just for Kids Day Camp for children between 5 and 12 years of age ($59 CAD per child). The camp lasts 6 hours and includes lunch. Kids will go on nature hikes, swim and play games.
