Located just outside Austin, Texas, the Barton Creek Resort and Spa is a vacation destination for die hard golf enthusiasts as well as anyone looking for more than a pure golf vacation. Barton Creek has four championship golf courses, a luxury spa, a tennis center with 12 courts, and an outdoor pool.
Summer is the low season for Barton Creek so you can can get a good deal on your vacation. Keep in mind, though, that the average daily temperature in Austin in July and August is 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
