Why Go
Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu's North Shore is home to two championship golf courses and a Golf Academy where vacationers can improve their golf skills regardless of their level of play.
The Arnold Palmer Course
The Arnold Palmer Course at Turtle Bay Resort is the site of the PGA TOUR Champion's Tour Turtle Bay Championship. Designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, this golf course has five sets of tees on each hole, making the course accessible to players of all skill levels.
The back nine holes of the golf course are surrounded by a wetlands sanctuary, giving golfers a chance to view rare species of Hawaiian birds. The signature hole, number 17, is set on a plateau only 100 feet from the ocean and has nine bunkers surrounding the landing area.
Rates start at $145 for resort guests and from $175 for non-guests.
The George Fazio Course
The George Fazio Course has wider fairways and deep bunkers. Rates start at $115 for resort guests and from $155 for non-guests.
Golf Academy
The Golf Academy at Turtle Bay Resort provides individual instruction, golf fitness lessons, on-course lessons, group golf clinics, full day and half day schools.
There are also 10-minute range lessons to help you review golf basics at the start of the vacation. These lessons are complimentary for hotel guests, but you'll need to make an appointment.
