Why Go
Poolau Beach is located on West Molokai, Hawaii, between the three-mile-long Papohaku Beach and Kapukaheku Beach. The beach is covered with black rocks and not great for swimming. But if you are exploring this part of Molokai, you can stop here and enjoy the view.

Facilities
There are a few parking spaces, but no no public facilities. You'll have to go a few miles back to Papohaku Beach for restrooms and drinking water.

How to Get There
Poolau Beach, Hawaii is located on West Molokai. From Highway 460 turn right on Kaluakoi Road before you reach Maunaloa. Drive to the end of Kaluakoi Road and turn right on Pohakuloa Road. You'll see Poolau Beach on the right side.
