The Bulfinch, a Boutique Hotel in Boston

Why Go

The Bulfinch is a nine-story boutique hotel near the TD Banknorth Garden and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. The hotel is located in a triangular-shaped building which gives its suites a unique design.

Rooms & Suites

The hotel has 80 rooms in three different categories decorated in neutral green and brown tones, including custom paintings and lamps that complete the ambiance at this boutique hotel.

All guest accommodations offer complimentary high speed internet access. If you want to watch a movie, there are flat-screen TVs.

Room number 609, located at the end of the hallway on the sixth floor, has a well-sized marble tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower. If you like to go to sleep early, this room will be more quiet than some of the rooms down the hall. There is a vending machine just outside the door if you want a soft drink in the middle of the night.

Junior suites have a sitting area with a sleeper sofa bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and custom furnishings.

The standard rooms at the hotel have beds with crisp white sheets, a small bathroom and a work desk. We tried room 407 which was smaller and less quiet than 609.

Where to Eat

The Bulfinch Hotel has a restaurant located next to the small designer lobby which opens for breakfast at 7:30. For lunch and dinner, the Angus Beef Steakhouse specializes in Angus Beef steaks and New England's seafood.

Hotel guests can order room service until 11pm.
