Carrington is a beach vacation idea with a golf club, a vineyard and a 3,000-acre Black Angus stud farm, located on the Karikari Peninsula in Northland on the North Island of New Zealand.

Rooms & Suites
Carrington has 10 luxury lodge rooms and 14 self contained villas. The rooms are air-conditioned and have California King Beds. The duplex villas have views of the 15th fairway and can accommodate a maximum of five guests per villa. If you are planning a family beach vacation to New Zealand, children are not allowed to stay in the lodge rooms but are welcome in the villas.
Where to Eat
Using food grown on Carrington Farms, such as Black Angus beef, native eel, honey, vegetables and fresh herbs, Michelin Star trained chef Mark Oliver creates memorable dishes. Carrington's dining room is open to guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
How to Get to the Resort
Carrington is a scenic four-hour car ride from Auckland. Alternatively, there are flights from Auckland Airport to Kaitaia Airport which is a 25-minute drive from Carrington; you can arrange to have someone from the hotel meet you at the airport on your beach vacation.
