Why Go
Kauri Cliffs is a luxury vacation getaway set on 6,000 acres on New Zealand's North Island. The resort has a spa, a scenic golf course, two tennis courts, an infinity swimming pool and just 24 suites with panoramic views of the island.

The three secluded beaches on the property are ideal for romantic picnics and swimming during the New Zealand summer (November through March).

Things to Do in the Area

Luxury Vacation Suites
Twenty-two guest suites, located in eleven guest cottages, each have a private porch, bedroom with a sitting area and open fireplace, walk-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and two vanities. The cottages overlook the ocean and the golf course.

If you are traveling with the family and need more space, book the owner's cottage. The two-suite house has a private infinity swimming pool, hot tub, a small office, outdoor barbecue, two bathrooms, a powder room and open fireplaces in the bedrooms and the main lounge.

How to Get to the Resort
Fly to Auckland, New Zealand, from where you can take a scheduled daily flight to Kerikeri/Bay of Islands airport, or hire a helicopter. By car, Kauri Cliffs is about 4 hours from Auckland.
