Munster Dining Room with its original oak panelled walls, ornate ceilings, and resident pianist provides a romantic setting for a formal meal.
Leinster Dining Room can accommodate private parties of up to 22 guests, including wedding receptions.
The Fitzgerald Room offers cozy lounge atmosphere with a log fire and serves a light menu of Smoked Irish Salmon, Warm Chicken Salad and Irish Stew.
Afternoon Tea is served in the Front Hall which is the oldest part of Waterford Castle. The Hall is decorated with 17th century tapestries and has a large open fire.
