Dishes Buffet at Treasure Island is designed as a street of different shops. There are six exhibition stations preparing and serving dishes from around the world.
The Barbeque Station serves regional American barbeque, including North Carolina Roasted Pork, Texas-style Brisket and St. Louis Dry-Rub Ribs. The Asian station offers fresh-cut sushi, traditional Chinese specialties and a noodle kitchen.
If you are a pasta lover, have pasta prepared in front of you at the Pasta Saute Station. Choices include Tagliatelle with Wild Mushrooms, Roasted Chicken and Thyme and Ricotta Tortellini served over Dried Tomatoes, Olive Tapenade and Basil Oil. Or stop by the rustic Pizza Oven for a Mediterranean pizza straight from the oven.
When to Go
The Buffet at Treasure Island Las Vegas is open daily for breakfast from 7am to 10:45am, lunch from 11am to 4pm and dinner from 4pm until 10:30pm.
Cost
Breakfast is priced at $12, lunch at $15 and dinner at $20. The Friday and Saturday "Swanky Dishes" cost $26.
