The Main Dining Room features a menu that changes daily and incorporates fresh fish from the Hawaiian waters as well as locally gown produce. Over the past few years, Executive Chef John Cox has worked with local farmers in Hana to grow organic fruits and vegetables for the restaurant. Many of the fish served are caught in Hana Bay by the local fisherman. If you like to experience new flavors, you'll notice that some ingredients are unique to Maui and Hana.

When to Go
The Main Dining Room at Hotel Hana-Maui is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The tables on the terrace offer the best views of the resort grounds. If a rain
cloud blows in over Hana, the restaurant staff will pull closed the glass panes
without interrupting your meal.
At breakfast each day, the hotel presents guests with a copy of that day's dinner menu so that you can look forward to your meal all day.
Friday Night Entertainment
Every Friday night at 7pm Hotel Hana-Maui presents a special performance by
local musicians and dancers enacting stories from Hana. A sumptuous Hawaiian
buffet completes the experience.
