However, significantly smaller also means significantly less money and the view from the bed is still fabulous.

Check the exchange rate between Euros and US Dollars before you decide to go. Make sure you know how much you are really spending on the room. Try to go in June. If the you get lucky and the weather is good you will have the benefit of slighly off peak rates.
