Aztec Steam Bath at Ceiba Del Mar Spa

If you are one of those spa fans who like to sample new and unique spa treatments, travel to Ceiba Del Mar in Mexico. The resort offers an indigenous Aztec steam bath treatment that is said to purify body, mind and spirit.

The bath takes place directly on the beach at sunset in a special terracotta hut. Elements used during the treatment include hot volcanic rocks, water and aromatic herbs.

The cost is $100 per person for 90 minutes. This is a great spa treatment for couples on a honeymoon or a romantic getaway.
