The 65,000-square-foot facility offers a range of fitness classes and a choice of over 120 spa treatments. On site specialists provide private consultations including preventive health care, stress managements, and weight management.
For a taste of the famous Canyon Ranch spa cuisine, stop at the Canyon Ranch Cafe which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can even try the Power Lunch program and have lunch with a registered dietitian and discuss nutrition issues ($195 for 80 minutes). Other Health and Wellness programs include Physical Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Movement Therapy, Complementary Medicine and Fitness.
Signature Treatments
The spa offers a number of special treatments. During the Canyon Ranch Stone Massage, a therapist massages your body with heated stones lubricated with essential oil (from $210 for 80 minutes). Couples can try the Rasul Ceremony which takes place in a steam chamber and consists of a self-application of mud, steam, and shower rinse (from $285 for two for 50 minutes).Reservations
