Asakusa
Asakusa is the area of Tokyo that best preserves the architecture and ambiance of the Edo Period. Sensoji Temple, the oldest temple in Tokyo, is surrounded by shops selling traditional Japanese items, such as straw sandals, dolls and umbrellas.
