Sensoji Temple
Sensoji Temple is the oldest temple in Tokyo, Japan. The temple is located in the historic Asakusa area which home to other ancient buildings. Arriving at the Asakusa train station, visitors first walk through the towering Kaminarimon Gate and pass by quaint Japanese shops before reaching the temple (a five-minute walk). Sensoji Temple is open to worshipers daily. |
