Fans of The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch will soon have another reason to stay at this AAA Five Diamond resort. Wolfgang Puck’s Spago Restaurant is scheduled to open at the hotel by the end of 2007.
About the Restaurant
Spago Bachelor Gulch will serve dishes prepared using ingredients from local businesses that support natural, fresh and organic farming. Vacationers will be able to choose from healthy fare and select signature game dishes.
The restaurant will have an open-oven kitchen, intimate booth seating, and a sophisticated 34-seat bar.
