Chefs participating in the festival will include: Adolf Blockbergen, Auberge du Raisin, Cully; Tommy Byrne and Gilles Dupont, Le Lion d'Or, Cologny; Martin Dalsass, Santabbondio, Soregno-Lugano; Nik Gygax, Loewen, Thoeringen; Andre Jaeger, Die Fischerzunft, Schaffhausen; Roland Joehri, Joehri’s Talvo, St. Moritz-Champfer; Reto Mathis, Mathis Food Affairs, St. Moritz-Corviglia; Stefan Meier, Rathauskeller, Zug; Peter Moser, Les Quatre Saisons, Basel; and Horst Petermann, Petermann's Kunststuben, Zurich-Kuesnacht.
Resident chefs of several hotels in St. Moritz will contribute to the festival, including chefs from Badrutt's Palace, the Carlton Hotel, the Kulm Hotel, the Suvretta House and the Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains.
